September, 2017 Hilton Head Plantation - Joan is an excellent realtor. She is very knowledgeable of the Hilton Head and Bluffton area. Joan worked with us when we purchased our property several years ago and when we needed to sell it we contacted her again and found she was equally efficient selling the property as she had been in helping us buy it. From June 12, when we listed our home with Joan until September 22 when the proceeds from the sale were wired to our account she kept us informed of what was going on and provided advice when needed. November, 2016 - Sea Pines - We have used Joan Diamond to purchase and to sell property. She is efficient, kind, smart, and trustworthy. I would not use anyone but Joan for any of my real estate needs on or near Hilton Head Island.

Joan was a delight to work with as my husband and I were looking for a property on Hilton Head Island. We made three last minute trips to look at properties and Joan was always available to meet with us and show us the few properties on the market. She even offered a pizza to a renter to entice them to let us view a property.
