May 2013 - Sea Pines - Joan was our realtor in 2012/13 when we wanted to sell our Heritage Villa in Sea Pines. There could not have been a more conscientious, hard working lady in the business! She advised us on items that needed to be replaced for a quick and good sale as well as sourcing the materials we needed as we were out of state. She also found a man to complete the improvements very quickly. After we had completed the necessary upgrades , we quickly sold the villa which we had both used personally and rented out over several years. We would recommend her to anyone who wanted to sell or buy a large home or small villa or apartment.
