February, 2011 - Moss Creek Joan knew our priorities for a house from our very first email-exchange. She has given most generously of her time and expertise ---- months and days adding up to countless hours. The folders and notebooks Joan meticulously prepared for each day of our search were outstanding. They should be utilized in all training for the Real Estate industry across the country. Everything Joan did reflected well-thought through organization, planning, and tender care. Her timing was perfect for each viewing. She even made all the necessary arrangements for delightful delicious luncheons at the plantation clubs where we were looking at houses, so not a minute was wasted. Truly, she thought of everything. She was gracious, kind, informed, articulate, effective and diplomatic. She was prepared with encouraging words at every turn. Joan invested so much time for us and we are most grateful.
