May 2013 - Sea Pines - Joan was our realtor in 2012/13 when we wanted to sell our Heritage Villa in Sea Pines. There could not have been a more conscientious, hard working lady in the business! She advised us on items that needed to be replaced for a quick and good sale as well as sourcing the materials we needed as we were out of state. She also found a man to complete the improvements very quickly. After we had completed the necessary upgrades , we quickly sold the villa which we had both used personally and rented out over several years. July, 2012 - Hilton Head off plantation - Joan is a very professional and friendly real estate agent. We recently purchased a condo on Hilton Head for under $70,000 on the sound and Joan worked endlessly to help in all aspects of the sale. (She even returned our original phone call on Mother's Day) She also followed up after the sale and came to visit to make sure all was well. Fantastic lady!!!!

February, 2011 - Moss Creek Joan knew our priorities for a house from our very first email-exchange. She has given most generously of her time and expertise ---- months and days adding up to countless hours. The folders and notebooks Joan meticulously prepared for each day of our search were outstanding. They should be utilized in all training for the Real Estate industry across the country. Everything Joan did reflected well-thought through organization, planning, and tender care. Her timing was perfect for each viewing. She even made all the necessary arrangements for delightful delicious luncheons at the plantation clubs where we were looking at houses, so not a minute was wasted. Truly, she thought of everything. Joan stayed with us for two and a half years, being patient as we went through our issues preventing us from moving.
